Meet Your Bloggers

So Always consult your physician before starting any diet or exercise regimen or before making any changes to your diet and/or exercise regimens. This is something we cannot stress enough. As I stated we are NOT medical professionals and not giving you any professional opinions

Meet Your Bloggers

Take a moment to meet the people who are running this crazy train to a healthier you!
First of all I want to point out that none of us are trained professionals! We are very much like you, we woke up one day and said 'Hey, I really feel crappy and I'm not going to take it anymore!' We all want different things for different reasons and we want to share it with the rest of you. We want to encourage you and we want you to encourage us because even WHEN we reach our current goals (because they WILL be reached) we might make new ones, we are going to have obstetrical to over come and this is as much about you as it is us! We want our success (and fails!) to help you, inspire you, encourage you and heck even challenge you!

Now Lets Meet Your Bloggers:

Margot Shenton

Hi! I'm Margot or Marz for short. I am the Creator & Admin of the Healthy for Me Facebook group and the Creator & Blogger for our Blog/Vlog. I will be 32 soon and I weight around 240lbs! (That is 17 stones for you Brits out there) I am not just fat, I am obese and I hate it. My weight kills my back, my energy, my wardrobe, my knees. My body can't handle it. I would love to tell you that I was tiny before I quit smoking and its all true but that is an excuse. Yes I got rid of one nasty habit and adapted another one! So not only do I want to slim down that extra weight I really need to strengthen various areas of my body that hurt from dealing with all the weight they have been lugging around. My transformation goes further then that, I don't want a diet I want a true lifestyle change. I want to feel good but that isn't always a body image thing as well. So to shorten an already very long story, I have a LOT of work ahead of me and I am ready for the support and encouragement to do it. I have a lot of plans for this blog and our Facebook group. I want to talk about weight, diet, exercise, stress levels and being happy with you! I really hope you enjoy what we have to offer! We've got something for everyone.
